It's crazy up in here...

Quick Update:
In February we:

Celebrated our 8 year anniversary by going out to Cheesecake Factory with our friends the Martineau's and Johnson's. Yum!

Went on a 3 day trip to Prescott, AZ and left Bennett with my parents for the first time. We ate out at local places (you must have breakfast at Dinner Bell Cafe and try the Chicken Tika Masala at Taj Mahal), shopped in a tiny little bookstore, ate junk food, played games, slept in, watched hotel room cable. It was fantastic but we were so happy to come back and get B.

Josh had his Spring Break the week after our trip. It was so nice to have him home and not have to have him leave to go to school or study in the office at our house.

I had minor outpatient laparoscopic surgery to remove some endometriosis. Feeling good, hope it will help long term (or at least for a few months). :)

In March we:

Took Bennett to his 6 month appt. He is getting big fast! He is now 15 lbs. 4 oz. and 26. 4 inches long. He is in the 49th percentile for height and 13th percentile for weight. He has a tooth on his bottom gums in the middle. He is wearing 6 month clothes, size 2 diapers (some 3's), eating a fruit puree in the morning and a vegetable puree in the evening. He is army scooting around the living room and we are going to have to further baby proof very soon.

Josh found out he got selected to be a Rotation Coordinator in Tucson. Yes we are still moving to Tucson this summer depsite our efforts to switch. We figure there must be a reason why we need to go there. So if you know someone looking to rent, we will be renting out our home from July 1st until next July.

I repainted our bedroom furniture from cream with gold accents to a nice glossy white. It took me a week and way to many coats of spray paint (lesson learned-don't by the cheap stuff). It is now done (had to apply polyacrylic to smooth out splotchy parts) and did some distressing so it wouldn't look like the rough parts were on purpose. :) The dressers are back in our room. Loving how they brighten up our room.

I joined Gold's gym and am enjoying having something to get out and do. It's hard to just be home all day with nothing different day to day. I needed some grown up socialization.

Life is good.

From our trip to Prescott. We stopped by Lynx Lake and played cards on a table by the lake until the wind bested us and Josh declared me the winner.
 He loves his jumper!
