Canyon Lake Trip

On Tuesday we went with our good friend Jerry and his older brother Andy and his two kids Caden & Megan to Canyon Lake. They own a boat with a couple of their brothers and when we heard they were going, we invited ourselves along! :) We love to go to the lake and would like to own a boat someday. I grew up going to the lake alot since my parents had a couple boats and jetskis so I really like going to the lake. Anyway, we drove up separately and then met up and got on the boat. It was a fun day, we even docked on a beach for awhile so the kids could play and I convinced Josh to swim with me for a second. The water was pretty cold! We were brave enough to get on a tube after lunch (speaking of lunch, thanks again Jerry for making your yummy potato salad for me, it's delicious!). Caden and Megan even went with Andy on the tube, they were so brave (they didn't go very fast :) so it wasn't scary) We had a great time and despite being a little sunburned and sore, we are super grateful we got to go! Thanks Andy & Jerry!
