We had an awesome Christmas Eve with pizza, pajamas, baking, game playing, Christmas song singing and movie watching at my parents house. Then, we came home and went to bed so that we could open presents at our own home in the morning. We woke up in the morning at the crack of 8 o'clock and went downstairs. We opened presents and Josh had fun putting the bows on his head. He surprised me with our new garage door opener all wrapped up and when we went outside to see if it worked, we opened it and there was my new bike all set up. I can't wait to go on bike rides together (I got Josh a new bike for Christmas too!). Some other highlights gifts were the Olive Tree Nativity ornament that Josh got me (I collect nativities) and I finally got Josh Mario Kart (we played already today for an hour and I am getting better at not falling off the path the whole time!). We played and ate the cinnamon rolls that I made from scratch last night while we waited for my family to come over. They arrived around 3 and we played Rock Band and made dinner. Then we ate, which was so tasty, then came more game playing and finally present opening! My brother Louis framed us this awesome picture of Christ with a bunch of children that he got on his mission. It is so cool! I can't wait to hang it up. He also got us the movie Monsters Vs. Aliens. My sister Sarah got me some CupQuake lotion from Victoria's Secret (yummy!) and she got Josh a Burger King gift card (which he is super stoked about!) My parents got me a scarf (see the slideshow to see the picture of it, it's adorable!) and a gift card to Charming Charlie (if you haven't been, you are seriously missing out, go NOW!). They got Josh a new wallet and a laptop case. After present opening, we watched Despicable Me which is a new favorite movie for us, we loved it! Then, we played Mad Gab and ate pie. We also played a new card game we got called Guillotine. It was a wonderful day and we are so grateful for all gifts given today especially for the gift of the Savior and his atonement. We love him and are so grateful for this holiday season to reflect on his life and how we can become more like him. Merry Christmas everyone!

That was nice of your fam to come out to you! Is the drive between your's and their's okay or pretty time consuming? Looks like you're doing really good (:
