Christmas Decorations

 It's Christmas at our house! On Friday we got out all of the decorations and put them up. Last year we got a late start on decorating and it was a real bummer to have such a short amount of time with them up so we decided we could get a head start and put them up before November was even over. My family tradition is to put up the decorations the first Monday night after Thanksgiving for family home evening but it will be Josh's first day back of classes and I will have gone back to work too after a week off so I didn't know if we would feel like putting it all up then so we decided to take Friday and get it all put out. Yay!

 YAY! It's wonderful. We have a tradition we started when we were first married where we buy a christmas tree ornament everywhere we go on vacation. It has been so fun to get out all of the random ornaments and remember where we have been throughout our marriage. Some of the best ones are from Disneyland, Vegas (we make it there once a year to see Josh's sister Aimee), New York, Cabo San Lucas and Washington D.C.

 

Nativities! I have about 10 now I think. I collect them and so it is fun each year to get them out and see all of them displayed. I am already on the lookout for a new one to add to the collection. There are so many fun ones to choose from!
