Reporting In

Hello everyone! Well, needless to say I have been a little busy. Yesterday was my last day of teaching at school and as such I have been preoccupied trying to finish up well and now I am planning where I will observe for the next two weeks and then I will be done!!!!!!!!!! The 23rd is my going away party with my students and the 25th is my last official day. I got my announcements in the mail the other day (I only ordered like ten because they are so expensive but I wanted to send the fancy ones to my grandparents and stuff) and I will be making some myself to send to other family and friends. We will be having a party on May 9th which is my official graduation day at my parents house at 7 pm. I will be sending out invites so please text me your addresses so I can make sure to get everyone. Real quick I have to back track because since I wrote last we had our four year anniversary. CRAZY!!!! I can't believe it's been that long. Josh is still the most amazing person ever and I consider myself pretty lucky to have convinced him to get hitched!!! I had to student teach that day and was feeling sad that we couldn't spend the entire day together until I came outside to go home and saw this-
SO CUTE HUH!!
And then it gets better, I get into my car which was full of pink ballons and look over at the seat next to me and see this- He is so fun and creative! And the fun didn't stop there.....when I got home there was a bouquet of white roses and a gift card. Then, he took me to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. What a sweetheart. I lhuff you babe!

Okay so then, March goes by pretty uneventful and then we celebrated Josh's birthday this week on the 7th. And what did I get him you ask? Well I have to tell the story first because it's funny. I tried to surprise him but of course as you all know that never works out (I have planned two surprise birthday parties for him and he found out about both) so I don't know why I tried again but whatever! So, I had his present all planned out and I told him not to check our bank account because he would see where I had shopped. On his birthday I gave him his presents (two new shirts, running shoes, sandals, some guarana-Brazilian soda, some Brazilian cookies and cheese bread) and Super Smash Brothers for a Wii. With the video game I put a card that said that I couldn't find a Wii so this was just a raincheck because they were all sold out so we would keep looking (of course I really had found one though). I was acting totally sad and I thought he was buying it until I went into the back room and came out with the gaming system and he unwrapped it.

Anyway, to make a long story short, he already knew because he checked our bank account earlier that day!!!! What a stinker! It was fun though and he was still excited about it. Then, we went goofy golfing at Golfland and to dinner at Olive Garden. It was a good day. He is 26 now! Well, this is getting terribly long but is has been awhile. Hope you made it through it all! Less than a month till graduation! :)
